SIDBI's Project Funding facility is a SIDBI project loan that provides MSME project finance, enabling Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to finance project-based funding, including the setting up of new units, expansion and modernisation. Assistance is extended under Direct Credit Scheme.
Up to ₹100 crore with up to 75% of total project cost in case of existing entity and 67% in case of new entity.
Both new and existing MSMEs with valid Udyam Registration, with a satisfactory credit history and no defaults to any bank or financial institution, are eligible to apply.

A SIDBI project loan for MSMEs can be applied online. Applications are submitted through the "Apply Now" option on the SIDBI website, which opens the Bank's online loan application portal.
