This is a program dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship at the grassroot level. The program provides financial support for capital expenditure (purchase of machinery/ devices etc.) and working capital requirements as well as non-financial support like training, skilling, etc. to the small entrepreneurs to help them join the mainstream economy and emerge credit enabled in due course.
