Any large well run Corporate, PSU, MNC having a good SME vendor base and a satisfactory external rating..

• SIDBI would sign an MOU with the OEM for the vendor development arrangement.
• Under the arrangement flexible term loan assistance would be provided for capital expenditure for expansion, modernisation, diversification, WC of SME vendors based on comfort provided by OEM.
• Need based customised Invoice discounting/ bill discounting facility can be structured for the vendors of OEM.
